It starts with a consultation, either in studio, over Zoom, or via message. We talk through your idea, confirm the practical details like metal, stones, and fit, then move into production once the design and deposit are locked in.

It depends on the complexity. Simpler designs can move quickly, while heavily detailed or stone-set pieces take longer. We will give you a realistic timeline during the consultation and keep you updated throughout.

Design references or ideas, and dental information if it is a grillz order. We will guide you on whether a dental scan or mould kit is the best route for your situation.

Pricing varies depending on the metal, stones, complexity, and scope of the design. We discuss budget range during the consultation so there are no surprises. A minimum 50 percent deposit is required before production begins.

Small tweaks may be possible early on, but major design changes usually require a new piece once production is underway. We lock everything clearly before starting so the final result matches what was agreed.
