Mix 1 x base and 1 x catalyst quickly for about 20 seconds until the mixture is fully blue and no white remains. Do not over-mix, as it will begin setting and become unusable.

Roll the putty into a sausage shape and place it into the tray.

Do not bite. Place the tray centrally in your mouth and push it firmly onto your teeth.

Leave it for around 1 minute 30 seconds, or until it feels firm.

Attach the tips to the lightbody syringe. Add a pea-sized amount into each tooth pocket and run a line along the gum.

Reinsert the tray, push firmly, and hold for about 2 minutes. It will feel more gripped at this stage, so removal may feel harder, that is normal.
