Book your guided impression appointment using the dental impression link.

Watch the tutorial video before you begin. The impression material sets quickly, so accuracy matters from the start.

Send two clear photos: Send two clean photos of the impressions, similar to the example shown, via WhatsApp or Instagram DMs so we can confirm whether they are usable.

Pack the impressions securely: If approved, rinse them gently and place them back in the original parcel box, or a similar-sized secure box if needed.

Prepare for collection: We will arrange a courier collection and provide the date and time window. Print the shipping labels as instructed.

Production begins once we have received both your usable impression and the required deposit, unless another arrangement has already been agreed. You are always welcome to message for an update while your piece is in progress.

When your piece is complete, we will contact you by email, WhatsApp, or DM. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping. Make sure your delivery address is correct before final payment, because we cannot change the destination once the parcel has been dispatched.
